Sign up as a brand, complete your brand profile, then click "Create Campaign" from your dashboard. Fill in the brief builder — the more detail you provide, the better the creator matches.
Our algorithm analyses your campaign requirements (niche, platform, location, budget) against verified creator profiles. Matches are scored 0–100% and ranked by relevance.
Yes. Creators may submit a proposed rate when they apply. You can send a counter-offer from the Creators tab inside the campaign, and the creator can accept or decline.
Funds are held in escrow after your campaign is funded. Payment is released automatically when you approve a content submission. No manual invoicing needed.
You can request a revision with specific feedback, or reject the submission. Creators receive your feedback and can resubmit (subject to campaign terms). Rejected submissions do not release payment.
Complete your profile thoroughly — niches, platforms, content types, rates, and portfolio. The more complete your profile, the higher your match score on relevant campaigns.
No. Joining Influx as a creator is completely free. Influx earns a platform fee from brands, not creators.
Once you've accepted a campaign, go to your Campaigns page and click the campaign. You'll find a submission form to upload your content files, caption, and posting link.
Payments are processed automatically when brands approve your submission. Payout typically reaches your linked account within 3–5 business days depending on your region.
We support AED, USD, SAR, EUR, and GBP. Campaign budgets are set in the brand's preferred currency.
Influx charges a platform fee on each transaction. This covers campaign management, escrow processing, and platform operations. The exact percentage is visible before you confirm payment.
If a campaign is cancelled before any content is approved, unspent escrow funds are returned to the brand minus processing fees. Contact support for disputes.
Your public profile is visible to brands running active campaigns. Sensitive information (shipping address, phone) is only shared with brands when you've been selected for a product seeding campaign.
Your data is used to power matching, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Email changes require identity verification. Contact support at hi@influxmena.com and we'll guide you through the process.
You can delete your account from your profile settings page under "Delete Account". Deleting your account is permanent and will remove all your data after a 30-day grace period.
